To buy from radiustheme.com you first create an account. At registration we collect your first name, last name, email address, username, and password (through standard WordPress registration).
Your billing and address details are handled by our payment providers, Stripe and Paddle, and stored with them as part of each order. We do not store your billing address on our own website.
For support, we may need additional details such as your site URL, admin access, and — occasionally — FTP access. We collect this only when you provide it so we can resolve your issue, and only for as long as we need it.
Support information
We run our support through Fluent Support WordPress plugin, a help-desk system hosted on our own website. When you open a ticket — for a product bought here or on a marketplace — we store the name, email address, and any details you include in the request. Because Fluent Support runs on our own infrastructure, this data stays within radiustheme.com rather than a third-party service.
Non-personal information
When you make a purchase, our payment providers collect technical information such as your IP address and approximate location as part of processing and fraud prevention.
Why We Collect Your Information
- To complete your purchase. An account lets you buy a product, download it at any time afterward, and receive updates.
- To provide support. Your ticket details let us identify you as a customer and work on your issue.
- To keep you informed. As a customer, you may receive product notifications — new releases, updates to products you own, and occasional discount offers.
Guest visitors cannot take these actions on our site; they are available to registered customers.
How We Use Your Data
Using the information stored on radiustheme.com and in Fluent Support, we identify you as a customer so we can deliver your purchases, provide support, and send relevant product notifications.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information and support records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we erase it. You remain in control of how long we hold your information.

To have us remove your account or email, write to support@radiustheme.com with the subject line “Delete [your username]” and we will take care of it.
Payment Providers
We process payments through Stripe and Paddle. Your billing details are handled and stored by them under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies to understand how each provider manages your data.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Please keep your username and password private and do not share them with anyone. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your information at every stage.
If we ever become aware of unauthorized access to, or loss of, your personal data, we will notify you as soon as we can.
Accessing or Editing Your Information
Log in to your account to edit or delete any of your information at any time. To remove your email from product notifications, use the unsubscribe link or email us. To delete your account entirely, email support@radiustheme.com with the subject line “Delete [your username]”.
